Board of Directors

  • Christie Dittmer – Admissions/ Communications Director
    As the Admissions Director, Mrs. Dittmer manages the admissions and registration process for NorthBay’s new and returning families. In her role as Communications Director, she oversees the communication of essential information to existing and prospective NorthBay families and manages the NCA web site. As the Educational Administrator, she assists with the development and implementation of NorthBay’s academic program.
  • Robbin Isham – Educational Director
    The Educational Director directs the development and implementation of NorthBay’s academic program.  This includes providing management and support for NCA’s teachers and member families as well as the development, implementation, and evaluation of NorthBay’s academic program.
  • Philip Isham – Financial Director
    The Accounting director handles deposits, reimbursements, insurance, and taxes.

NCA Educational Administrators

  • Educational Director, Robbin Isham
    helped co-found NorthBay Christian Academy, and has served as the education director since 1999. Robbin graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas. As the education director, she provides oversight of faculty, curriculum, student assessments, and facility needs. Robbin and her husband Philip love serving in their church, and they strongly desire to see the gospel of Jesus Christ shared locally and globally.  Robbin and Philip have two daughters, both educated at NCA. In her spare time, Robbin enjoys spending time with family, walking, biking, reading, and going to the beach. One of her favorite verses is: Philippians 2:5-7 – Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.
  • Admissions & Communications Director, Christie Dittmer
    has served at NorthBay Christian Academy since helping co-found the school in 1999. As admissions director, Christie manages the admissions and enrollment processes for NorthBay’s new and returning families. In her role as communication director, she oversees the school’s communication with existing and prospective NorthBay families. As educational administrator, she also works with Robbin Isham in planning and implementing NorthBay’s academic program. Christie has two bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida. She and her husband have enjoyed active involvement in their home church, including service with middle- and high-school students and leading adult classes.  They have three children, all educated at NorthBay. Christie enjoys reading, dancing, and music, and strives to live by I Peter 4:11 – If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever.
  • Community Life Administrator, Heidi DeOliveira
    has served at NorthBay since 2001. As community life administrator, Heidi provides leadership and oversight for NorthBay’s school committees, including fundraising, chapel, school socials, and room moms. Additionally, she leads NorthBay’s two annual fundraisers.  She and her husband Sergio have served as school board members since 2001. They have attended their church since 1997 and have enjoyed serving there in the family, children’s, and middle school ministries. Their two children attended NorthBay Christian Academy from preschool through graduation.
  • Office Administrator, Ramita Buckley
    graduated from Clearwater Christian College and has loved working in the field of Christian education for 37 years.  Ramita and her husband, Bill, are members of Clearwater Community Church.  They have raised a daughter and a nephew and now are blessed with six grandchildren. When not with the grandchildren, Ramita enjoys raising orchids, going to the beach, walking, and reading.  Her life verse is Philippians 4:8 – Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.

NCHS Educational Administrators

  • Ronda Kremske
    and her husband, Dan, are the founders of NorthBay Christian High School. Ronda graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree. Prior to working at NCA, she had a career in Human Resources. Ronda and Dan enjoy being involved in their church and seeing how God is at work in their church family. All three of their children have attended NCA since preschool and they have been abundantly blessed to be a part of the NorthBay community. One of Ronda’s favorite verses is Jeremiah 29:11 – “for I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
  • Kathy Leone
    graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with two bachelor’s degrees. She also completed a teacher certification program at William Paterson University in New Jersey. She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership: Administration and Supervision from New Jersey City University.  Kathy was the Assistant Principal of a small high school in New Jersey for three years prior to moving to Florida in 2010.  She also worked in admissions at Penn and served as an alumnae interviewer for student applicants.  She has three daughters, two of whom are currently school-aged and attending NCA.  She enjoys reading, running, and participating actively in her church (Northwood Community Church) with her husband and children. One of Kathy’s favorite verses is Ephesians 2:8-9: For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
